Maple point

Our method

How MaplePoint System briefs, builds, and hands over inventory sell-through rate dashboards with merchandising teams.

Every commission follows the same spine. The details change with your catalogue; the order does not.

1. Floor-first briefing

We listen to a real sell-through meeting or walk a recent pack line by line. The goal is a short list of questions the dashboard must answer by a named day of the week.

2. Definition lock

Sell-through %, intake dating, returns, transfers, and markdown eligibility are written down and signed by the named owners before build. If two departments disagree, we surface it here — not after go-live.

3. Source map

Approved extracts and hierarchies are mapped. We record refresh cadence and who owns each feed. Unresolved gaps are listed as open risks, not silent assumptions.

4. Build against a live week

Draft views are tested on a current trading week. Labels use your house language. Cosmetic polish waits until the measures behave.

5. Readout and handover

A live session with buyers and planners, a one-page huddle guide, and a fourteen-day window for calculation questions. Change logs travel with every measure edit.
